Shipment Policy

The delivery of the goods is free worldwide.

For shipments within the United States, we ship the goods from our warehouse located in 401 E Las Olas Blvd #1400 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Generally, we need 1-2 days to package and ship the goods. On national holidays, it may take some more time as our personnel is less than usual. The estimated transit time for the shipment within the USA is 2-4 business days.

For shipments outside the USA, we dispatch theorders from our warehouse in Sofia, Bulgaria. Usually, we require 1-2 days for packaging and dispatch. However, please consider that national holidays may lead to additional processing time due to reduced personnel. We can offer you two shipping options:

1. We use the local postal service which partner with the postal service in your country. You should expect delivery from your local post officer. The shipment takes 5 – 10 business days. In some rare occasions a delay may happen. Please allow the posts to deliver the goods in Europe up to 20 working days before contacting us. For shipment outside Europe, please allow up to 30 working days for delivery.
2. We can send your order via express courier. It will take 5-7 business days. The shipping cost depends on the destination.
